Lee Kingston
Lee has always been into music, “like a moth to a flame”, it gives her energy and vitality.
For Lee, the passion for music became un-ignorable during adolescence when she surfed the waves of emotion and social questioning with Joni Mitchell and Neil Young, amongst others, on black vinyl L.P’s.
At 14 Lee started playing guitar with girlfriends, at 21 she joined a rock band as lead singer, which continued until babies. Next Lee co-wrote and recorded a CD in 2001, and since then, has performed duo and solo at folk festivals, and currently writes and performs solo.
